2 hours of debriefing of the 360° assessment with a senior coach.

1 hour for constructing an action plan (3 weeks after the debriefing).

Objective: Strengthening Women’s Leadership

  • Identify your ambitions, obstacles, and assets, and define your conquest strategy.

Duration: 6 months

Methodology: Each participant will take part in three one-day group modules held every two months, led by senior coaches. In addition, there will be a « mentoring and network animation » workshop, and two individual coaching sessions (two sessions of two hours each) to provide personalized support.

If you want to develop a collective team spirit and cohesion of your team, we offer a workshop that combines coaching and practice analysis. The trainer will decode workplace situations with the group, linking them to theories and the foundations of Transformational Leadership. Participants will leave with an actionable plan.

Leader’s Journey to Engage: Lindt & Sprüngli Case Study

Support for the Extended Executive Committee: Objective to strengthen the culture of engagement and ownership.

Context: Due to the success of the support provided to the Extended Executive Committee with a 360-degree approach in 2021 and 2022, the management has decided to continue this support by covering three hierarchical levels structured into five groups. The Executive Committee (Codir) was one of the five groups, with the others being a combination of senior managers from the factory and the headquarters in Paris, as well as N-1 and N-2 levels of the Codir.

The support program consisted of a kick-off to communicate the objectives, followed by four modules alternating between in-person and remote sessions spread over five months. Simultaneously, quizzes, videos, and articles were sent via a digital platform to prepare or reinforce key topics discussed during the sessions.

The objectives were:

  • Develop self-ownership and team ownership,
  • Foster risk-taking, intrapreneurship, collaboration, and managerial courage,
  • Provide increased and improved daily support to teams,
  • Strengthen the connection between the production site and Paris.

Duration: 5 months

Modalities: Group coaching and leadership training on the following topics: taking care of yourself to take care of your teams, saying no with flair, co-coaching, Non Violent Communication, Executive Presence, collective intelligence, and Team Branding to foster internal culture growth and develop a common vocabulary.

Results:

Average evaluation score for the program: 3.4 out of 4

Average evaluation score for the facilitation: 3.8 out of 4

The strategic initiative had a very significant impact. It facilitated smoother communication among the three hierarchical levels, streamlined the reporting of different issues related to meetings, strengthened the ability to say no, and improved conflict management. Moreover, it contributed to establishing a common vocabulary, increasing participants’ engagement, and reinforcing the culture of collective intelligence within the organization.
